
This is one of my sister's experimental recipe that has reaped good reviews. The main ingredients are only pork (Adobo cut from Monterey), lemon grass stalk and leaves, soy sauce, vinegar and freshly ground pepper corns. Mix all in a mixing bowl and let stand overnight.
