Crab in Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

1 kilo Medium sized crabs

fresh coconut milk from a large coconut

Lupu leaves

ginger

garlic

onions

Procedure:

1. clean crabs
2. place crabs in a deep pan along with the rest of the ingredients except Lupu leaves
3. simmer
4. add Lupu leaves
5. season to taste
